Flare skirts are one of my favorite styles for a very long time because I think they can camouflage my wide hip area and balance the proportions of my body fairly well. Luckily, my friend, Andrea (take-a-chance blog) in her trip to H&M Dallas found me this nice color block flare skirt marked down to a mere $13. I couldn't be happier. I wish they will open a H&M store in Oklahoma or launch the online store soon.
I decided to pair this skirt with my favorite Peter pan shirt I bought from Tobi to create a fun casual outfit.
