Pittsburgh!

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing great. Last week, I went to Pittsburgh for a business trip. Even though the weather was not great due to Hurricane Sandy, I had a wonderful time meeting people and wandering around the city.
Located on the confluence of three rivers, Pittsburgh is absolutely beautiful. After a series of meetings, I took couple hours hopping on the historic Monongahela incline ride to Mount Washington. I was thrilled by the spectacular view of the rivers and the city. It might be a bit surprising to say Pittsburgh has one of the best skylines but it's so true. Before heading to the airport, I stopped by Andy Warhol museum, a great tribute to a pop art icon in history. Since I only caught last hour before my flight, I did not get to experience the full and thorough collection. I will definitely revisit there if I have another chance.

Thank you for reading and commenting!

  3. Tinaa!!! You went to Pittsburgh?!?! That's awesome - that's where I live. :)
We definitely don't have as many awesome places as the big cities, like NYC, but I think we have a sweet charm. ^^

    1. Totally agree with you, Xixia. Pittsburgh’s no New York or LA, but it has its own charms. I'm so loving the unique layout of Pittsburgh with surrounding rivers and mountain. I definitely plan a return trip to Pittsburgh and hope to meet you in person then.
