Black and white are always two special colors in my closet no matter how much I love bright colors nowadays. I love to challenge myself to make the black/white ensemble more visually interesting. Today, I paired my simple black pants with white sweater and top it off with my collar necklace, which I got from ebay for 3 bucks.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend! Thank you for reading and commenting!

One of the latest designer and department store collaboration is Pearl by Georgina Chapman of Marchesa collection for J.C. Penney. I've been loving the high fashion brand on many celebrities from Diane Kruger to Kerry Washington and super excited with the thought that I can scoop up one of the glam looks without having to splurge. Right in time for prom season (even though I'm too old for prom), I'm really impressed with the red carpet glamour of the new collection and I'm loving every bit of it.
My most coveted piece from the line is the black dress combining the cute polka dot top with the super chic rosette skirt. The fit and flare silhouette and the standout rosette just grabbed my eyes and I couldn't keep away and of course this is my must have for the wardrobe. I however just wish it comes in more colors.
Hello everyone! Happy Sunday! How have you been doing? I'm so excited to be back to the blog. Thank you to all who have sent me sweet messages asking how I am doing. I had a very bad allergy all winter long. My lips were swollen and got very chapped which made me feel so miserable. Luckily, the weather is so much warmer now and I'm feeling much better and very eager to pull some of my spring pieces out of hibernation.
